Ordering and Products
A good rule of thumb is that the print should fill about two thirds of the wall space above the furniture it sits over. For most living rooms and bedrooms, A2 or 50x70 cm works well. For a bold statement above a sofa or bed, go A1 or larger. If you're hanging a pair or a trio, smaller sizes like A3 often look better together.
Unframed prints arrive as a poster, ready for you to frame locally or pin up as is. Framed prints arrive in a solid timber frame with a glass front, ready to hang. Framed prints use thicker, archival museum-quality paper. Unframed prints use a premium poster paper that's still excellent quality but lighter weight.
Not yet. A room visualiser is on our list. In the meantime, the product photos include scale references where possible, and you're welcome to email a photo of your wall to hello@galrie.com and we'll give you an honest opinion on size and placement.
Very close, but screens vary. We calibrate our product photography against the printed proofs, so what you see is a good representation. If colour accuracy is critical for a specific room, email us and we can describe the tones in more detail before you order.

Framing
Three. Black, white, and natural timber. The price is identical across all three, so choose what suits the room.
Solid timber with a glass front. They arrive assembled with the print already mounted, hanging hardware fitted, and a wall-safe backing. You take it out of the box and put it on the hook.
Yes, and many customers do. Unframed prints come in the following sizes, all matching standard frame dimensions:
A4 (21x30 cm / 8x12"), A3 (30x42 cm / 12x16"), A2 (42x60 cm / 16x24"), A1 (60x84 cm / 23x33"), A0 (84x119 cm / 33x47"), 50x70 cm (20x28"), 70x100 cm (28x40"). All sizes fit standard frames available from any framer or homewares store.
Shipping and Delivery
Worldwide. Every order is printed locally at a production facility close to you, rather than shipped from a single warehouse. We have print hubs across 32 countries including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, South Africa, and UAE. This means faster delivery, lower emissions, and no customs surprises.
Australia and New Zealand: typically 5 to 10 business days from order to door. International: typically 7 to 14 business days. These windows include production time, since prints are made to order.
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, no minimum spend required.
Smaller prints ship flat in rigid board mailers with corner protection. Larger unframed prints ship rolled in heavy-duty tubes with end caps. Framed prints ship in custom corrugated boxes with foam corners and a moisture barrier.
Returns and Other Questions
Email hello@galrie.com with a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You don't need to return the damaged one.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return a print for a refund. The print needs to be in its original condition. Refunds cover the print price, not shipping.
Our archival inks and papers are rated to resist fading for decades under normal indoor light. Direct, prolonged sunlight will eventually fade any print, so avoid spots that get hours of direct afternoon sun.
We don't have a formal trade program yet, but we work with interior designers, stylists, hotels, and offices on a case-by-case basis. Email hello@galrie.com with what you're looking for and we'll put together a quote.
