About this print
Bring a taste of the tropics to your daily surroundings. Golden papaya halves and clusters of dark blue seeds make this fruit print feel sunny, generous and a little unexpected. Curved slices crowd a green ground, creating a cheerful pattern with plenty of movement.
The arrangement moves between solid colour and fine detail. Broad yellow shapes catch the eye first, then the seeds create a second rhythm within them. Small variations in size and direction make the fruit feel scattered rather than mechanically repeated.
Try it in a kitchen or breakfast space with green, yellow or natural timber nearby. It can bring warmth to white cabinetry or add another layer to a room already comfortable with colour. When pairing it with other food prints, repeat one colour and vary the scale of the pattern for a more interesting group.
