Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim effectively.

  • Replacement or Refund: Once we confirm the damage or fault, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

Change of Mind

  • Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review your choice carefully before placing an order.

Incorrect Orders

  • Receiving the Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you without any additional cost.

  • Return of Incorrect Item: In some cases, we might request the return of the incorrect item. We will cover any return shipping costs in such cases.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are processed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Please note that products customized to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
