About this print
A historic checkerboard sheet by Pierre-Fiacre Perdoux gives a familiar geometric pattern a richly textured character. The repeating blue checks work as a graphic accent beside figurative or botanical art.
Reproduced from the original artwork by Pierre-Fiacre Perdoux (1780–1808). This is a newly printed reproduction, with the source image’s character and detail retained.
- Museum-quality matte paper.
- Seven sizes, from A4 to A0, including 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm.
- Poster only, or framed in black, natural wood or white.
- The checkerboard is surrounded by an even white printed border on all four sides, with a small centred crop to fit each size. The border is part of the print, not a separate mat.
Printing and framing
Premium matte paper. Chosen for clear detail, rich colour and a low-sheen finish. Paper weight and specifications can vary by production location.
A finish for your space. Choose your print unframed or in black, white or natural timber. Frame profile and protective glazing can vary by production location and size.
