About this print
Keep the mountains in view, wherever home happens to be. This Combloux poster draws you from green hills and village buildings towards snow-bright peaks, capturing the invitation of an Alpine escape. Layered slopes give the scene a pleasing depth, with the pale summit pulling your eye into the distance.
The printed Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée heading places the design in the world of railway travel advertising. Its invitation is visual: a mountain destination presented through bold colour, clear outlines and an almost theatrical arrangement of scenery. Warm pink and orange on the snow keep the alpine scene from feeling cold.
Try it in a living room or reading corner with deep green, warm timber or textured wool. It offers a reminder of mountain travel while giving the room a rich, structured landscape to look into.
